The linear and circular economy is about how we use our resources. There has been a shift from Take — Make — Dump to Reduce — Reuse — Recycle. This means that we are now recycling and recycling to a much greater extent than in the past.
There has been an evolution in how we use resources. In the past, the Take — Make — Dump approach, which is a linear way of using resources, prevailed. Raw materials and products were extracted from them in order to use the products, to finally throw them out. Of course, this economy has resulted in a large consumption and loss of resources. Therefore, the approach had to be changed to ensure that in the future we also have access to the valuable resources.

The new economy is circular. The products and ingredients thus form part of a continuous cycle. The former “end-of-life” concept is being replaced by recycling and recycling. The circular economy ensures that all production is based on renewable energy. With Reduce — Reuse — Recycle, no resources are lost and materials retain their value. Overall, we can conclude that circular economy is good for both the environment and your business.
The circular economy is a way of thinking about production and consumption that is environmentally and commercially sustainable. However, all the elements of a product must be able to be recycled without waste in a clean, processed or recycled form. At Packwise has a vision to accelerate the world's movement towards sustainable packaging. The picture below shows a packaging for detergent that we have developed in collaboration with Änglamark. The packaging is made of 100% recycled plastic.
