We expect a high level of quality from the partner companies/manufacturers we work with. Therefore, we and our foreign offices are in continuous dialogue with raw material producers, production factories and testing and certification institutes to continuously update quality procedures. Our factories and production meet at least ISO 9001 (Quality Management System) and, where applicable, ISO 22000 (Food Safety Mangement)

How does a reorder proceed?

When re-ordering a package, we take as a basis a previous order. All data is stored and laid as the basis for new production.

Rights

We periodically receive inquiries from customers who ask until the fact that we reserve the copyright for the developed design/solution/product. This is normal industry practice and is unproblematic, as you as a customer have the right to use the developed design/solution/product. However, with the right of use, you do not have the right to reproduce, resell and/or re-distribute the developed solution. If you have plans for re-distribution, further development, etc., please talk to us about how we can meet these needs.
