Have you ever considered how much plastic packaging you face every day? You probably got ready this morning in your bathroom. Here you may have taken a bath in which you used shower gel, shampoo, conditioner or other products.
In the bathroom, maybe you also brushed your teeth with some toothpaste and maybe smeared your face and body into a delicious cream. Most of the products were most likely packaged in plastic packaging.
When you made breakfast, some of the products used may also have been packaged in plastic. Already in the morning you have met many containers in plastic packaging - in many cases plastic is a big part of our everyday life.
We use plastic packaging for a lot of things. In fact, the production of plastic has increased 20-fold in the past 50 years. We probably won't get rid of plastic now and then - but we can consider how we can recycle the plastic that has now been produced. We've gathered five great ideas for how you can use plastic packaging that you would otherwise have discarded. In this post, you will be presented with two of the ideas.
Remove the original etiquette by topping up your sink with warm water. Add a few splashes of your dishwashing liquid and a few spoonfuls of white wine vinegar. Place your jar in the sink and let it stand for 30 minutes.
Next, pick up the container and peel off the label. Wash your jar thoroughly inside and out several times. Then let the jar dry and optionally add a new sticker or decorate as you wish. Put a small plant in the pot and it has immediately gained new life.
Wash your cream jar several times with soap until the smell of the previous product contents has disappeared. Then remove the label if you wish. Fill the jar with your favorite candy. By storing your candy in the small jar, you will avoid it becoming dull and dry. You can also store nuts, dried fruits, etc.
